I started my journey to success at a very young age with inspiring business owners all around me whilst growing up including my Grandad, he was the very best mentor. I was the first in my family to go to university, which felt like a huge achievement.

After graduating from university with a degree in Marketing Management I unsuprising went to work for a media agency. I then moved on to management in a creative agency and then senior management for a leading retail brand as a senior marketing manager. I have had the privaledge to work for brands such as HP, Barrett Homes, Manchester United and Co-op. Throughout the 12 years I worked in the corporate world I mentored many members of my team, students at university and senior management.

I have inspired many students and business professionals over the years to aim high, grow their mindset and aim to reach their aspirations. Continuing to grow as an individual myself, achieving a diploma in Chartership in Marketing and NLP diploma. My daughter arrived in 2017 and my whole outlook on my career changed somewhat. I set up my own marketing agency specialising in female led businesses as I want to help empower and develop as many female entrepreneurs as possible.

During 2021 I became a marketing coach for digital marketing apprentices and business owners which led me down the wonderful path of launching my own coaching practice, Ashlie Jayne Coaching.

I now have the honour of helping 100's of female entrepreneurs to develop a growth mindset and to encourage you to start your own business, develop your business and grow to heights you never expected. You deserve to be limitless and reach for your dreams.
